Words of Wisdom
Over the years, i found truth in the following training wisdom:
- Listen to your body. Leave your ego at the door. Do not train too often, and let your body grow during rest.
- Most supplements may not be worth the money. My favorites are creatine, brewer's yeast and oats :)
- Move your body everyday. Don't sit in front of the screen all day. Go out and walk some miles.
- Alcohol is bad for training. Really. Yes i know, drinking is fun. However, i achieved the greatest steps forward when not drinking at all. Just reduce :)
A topic worth thinking about is food. I don't like eating according to a schedule, so i follow these two simple rules:
- Skip breakfast.
- Try to eat vegetarian dishes more often.
