Words of Wisdom

Over the years, i found truth in the following training wisdom:

  1. Listen to your body. Leave your ego at the door. Do not train too often, and let your body grow during rest.
  2. Most supplements may not be worth the money. My favorites are creatine, brewer's yeast and oats :)
  3. Move your body everyday. Don't sit in front of the screen all day. Go out and walk some miles.
  4. Alcohol is bad for training. Really. Yes i know, drinking is fun. However, i achieved the greatest steps forward when not drinking at all. Just reduce :)
